From an education standpoint with chanceries, the popular engagement model is called the Journey to Excellence.
As with all our education, it begins with the Four Levels of Happiness™ — a concept and teaching that is immensely practical for individual/organizational health and effectiveness, fosters unity, and enhances leadership. Many chancery cultures benefit from this new concept/way of thinking and, of course, so do the individual participants. Typically presented in a single-day format, it features Fr. Robert Spitzer on video, movie clips, and group discussion along with materials for personal reflection.
Next along this Journey to Excellence, is “Confidence and Providence” and “Journey to Ultimate Happiness” workshops. Additionally, chanceries benefit from diagnostic assessments designed to measure and then guide chanceries in shaping good/healthy cultures and effective leadership. We then develop plans with for culture, strategy, and leadership to move toward your ideal.
