Happiness Level One – Physical Refreshment
Sometimes sadness can creep up on us simply because we’re physically tired or worn out. We need to take good care of our bodies and make sure they’re working for us, not against us. Happiness Level One can come to the rescue in a very practical way.
Sorrow can be alleviated by good sleep, a bath and a glass of wine.
